Steven Kendrick is an excellent teacher that has been successful in explaining real estate in a way that is easy to understand and retain. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Steven has served as a professor of Business for several local colleges including Paine College, Augusta University, and the University of Phoenix. Currently, Steven serves as the Richmond County Tax Commissioner, a position he’s held since 2009.
