We are open for business! Because of our B&C family and clients, we’ve been lucky to serve the CSRA for over 100 years. You are the heart of our business! In an effort to protect our community while practicing extreme caution during the challenges of COVID-19, we’ve encouraged our staff to work remotely to support our agents and our clients. Modern technology enables us to provide the same level of committed service to you, while also limiting face-to-face interaction.
For our Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company: We will continue to hold showings of our residential and commercial properties where possible with certain restrictions in place and, of course, tailored to the comfort level of our individual agents and clients. We also offer virtual tours and are happy to meet online through the various forms of video conferencing and go through this journey with you, answering any questions along the way.
For our Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency: We will continue to meet the needs of our clients by processing claims, producing new insurance policy and endorsement requests, servicing our customers and answering questions. We are happy to talk, email or meet virtually.
For our Augusta Mortgage Company: We will continue to take applications, process loan paperwork and handle any needs remotely. We are always available to talk, email, or meet online.
While we may be over 100 years old, we are also forward-thinking and tech-savvy! Our company has long been dedicated to keeping up with the changing platforms available in business; and our team has been trained and is prepared to serve you in all ways, from consultations to showings to preparing paperwork, without requiring your physical presence.
People are our business, and we hope to get back to life as usual as soon as possible. However, we are grateful to have so many ways to continue to serve our clients through this time of necessary caution. While we feel a responsibility to make some changes in order to protect our community, we are committed that our family will continue to serve yours!
